If you want your name entered into the giftaway or want the art prints included with your preorder, please screenshot your order confirmation and upload it here. Once your form has been submitted with your preorder, you are set for all giveaway tiers as they open. If you win a giveaway, your name will be removed from the pot, but you can always add it back by pre-ordering an additional copy or format of the book.
 

 

Please understand that these tiers are opened up by number of preorders and physical book pre-orders cannot be switched out when higher tiers open. Pre-orders from the lower tiers help fund the creation of special editions.
